Each RemyCloud pillow comes with two removable inserts: one lightweight and one midweight. The lightweight insert adds gentle height and a slightly firmer feel. The midweight insert adds more height and support. Use either insert on its own, stack both for the fullest support, or remove both for the lowest, softest feel. That gives you four ways to adjust each pillow.

Your trial starts on delivery. Sleep on your pillow and adjust it at home. If you decide to return it, contact us within 100 days. Eligible U.S. returns are free.
How long does shipping take?
Allow 1 to 2 business days for processing, then typically 3 to 5 business days for delivery. Timing varies by location.
What’s your refund policy?
Eligible U.S. purchases can be returned within 100 days of delivery. Shipping fees aren’t refundable. Returns can take up to 10 business days to process, followed by 2 to 7 business days for your bank to post the refund.
