Do you offer free returns?
Yes. If you decide Miracle Made isn't the right fit after using them, you can return them within your 100-night trial. We offer free returns on U.S. orders within 100 days of delivery. If something isn’t quite right, email help@support.miraclebrand.co with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll send you instructions.
We do not accept:
- International returns
- Items marked Final Sale at time of purchase
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
Returns may take up to 10 business days to process once received. After processing, refunds typically appear within 2–7 business days depending on your bank. We work to process returns as quickly as possible.
Do you refund shipping costs?
All shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Sleep Well Guarantee
We want you to love what you ordered. Our Sleep Well Guarantee gives you up to 100 nights to try Miracle Made at home. Put them on your bed, sleep on them, wash them, and see how they feel in your routine. If they’re not right for you, you can return them.
When does my 100-night trial begin?
Your 100 nights begin when your order is delivered. So go ahead—make your bed and get some sleep.
Can I return them if they have been used or washed?
Yes. Used and washed sheets can be returned within the 100-night trial period. That is exactly what our Sleep Well Guarantee is for: giving you time to experience Miracle Made in real life before deciding.
Is the Sleep Well Guarantee a warranty?
No. The Sleep Well Guarantee is a 100-night trial that gives you time to sleep on, wash, and experience Miracle Made at home before deciding if they’re right for you.
